Spatial Plan- Land-use Plan for the creation of an Industrial and Business Area in the municipality of Edessa according to the order

The study examines the spatial and urban data of the wider area, proposes the arrangement of uses and the way of development of the area and concludes in a proposal concerning the arrangement of the land and the production activities, with the permitted uses per category of land, the accompanying communal and public uses, the organisation of the transport network and the parking areas, the construction terms, and a proposal for the required infrastructures and a program of actions for the implementation of the study.
