Design and construction of a two storey holiday cottage in Thessaloniki suburb, in Kallikratia. It is a residence of 150m2, including an open plan kitchen and living room area, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, while the basement is organized for secondary uses.Due to the terrain slope, a part of the ground floor is being transformed to the intermediate mezzanine level.

A close relationship is also established between the interior spaces and outdoors, through large openings. The living room is joined with the balcony on the south side of the house.

Face design brings together contemporary architectural elements as dynamic concrete frames and metal beams with traditional forms as wooden blinds.
