Preliminary design for a factory process building for furs industry. The plot area is located in the region of Kastoria. The building would accommodate spaces for fur production, material processing, retail spaces, show rooms and offices. This multifunction space is design in nd the maximum level of adaptability and flexibility for the needs of fur market. The metallic primary structure helps to organize flexible large indoor spaces while all the necessary special in requirements mechanical infrastructure would be applied above plaster ceilings. The proposal was suggesting a double skin façade so we have a more control environment in the factory areas while special environmental requirements have to be met. The project is expected to be completed in 2016
