A proposal for a vip hotel in Northen Greece. The concept was to design a low energy, small hotel complex with vip services. The proposal suggested  29 small villas organizing a building complex without altering the surrounding environment. Part of the buildings would be underground. Great attention is given to the communal spaces positioned in the higher point of the plot area. The dense requirements of the layout of the spaces led to the search of local , sustainable materials, that also adress a luxury environment for pleasant living.
