The region used as a seasonal residence and with urbanization trends include significant area of arbitrary settlement with great segmentation of land, structured -almost entirely- with a very small size property. The targets for the design of the town-plan, mainly concern the relationship between communal and private spaces suitable for construction, the balance of land tax and land needed for public and public benefit areas, the sizes of plots and building regulations and the non - town planning of buildings, oriented by social and economic interests of the residents and the state.

According to the study, are established private common and public benefit areas, the construction system, the road network, the bicycle paths and pedestrian network.
