SEVEN SPOT

KARD architects were invited and designed brand new concept in the new corporate identity of SEVENSPOT stores. A number of special designed rooms with capacity from 3 to 8 people were designed, in minimal aesthetics, in order to create a friendly, fun and home ideal interior for home movie and gaming entertainment. Private screens are already operating in Thessaloniki while the next one is already constructed at Kozani, Greece.

KARD architects has recently completed new chain store of SEVEN SPOT in Thessaloniki. The recently rebranded identity has successfully incorporated in design of 160sq store. The new corporate identity has been enhanced with new products and services, focusing on technology, mobiles and gaming. For the implementation of the new identity new furniture such as new gondolas, special shelving systems, tablet’s table and special luminaires for lighting where proposed. Part of the store has been separated from the rest of the space in order to create a new concept of gaming area, capacity of 16 people. Also new concepts of screen viewing is going to be introduced soon.

Collaboration with “Seven” company involved two distinct stages:                                                                                       -redesign of the BRAND in association with awarded "Beetroot" design group
-design and the construction of 70 stores under the new brand name design

Transforming the brand design into architectural design was inspired by “gift boxes” and the random storage of them in a  resulting in a composition of rectangular boxes, some of them solid, some transparent, prompting clients to take their “gifts”.This main concept applied also to the design of all furniture and equipment.
-characteristic three – color feature (white, grey, red).
-the boxes are reordered in different ways to create individual elements as the cash desk, the display furniture etc.
-the graphics of the brand were produced in association with the Beetroot company.

-the implement of the brand to company stores, including the architectural design, the management, and the construction supervision of 70 stores, in a just 4 months period.

“Seven” continues the collaboration with our office until today, with constant applications of the brand to new stores.
